The Rosenthal Family Foundation improves life outcomes for the children of New Orleans by supporting and improving the path for public high school students to and through college and into the workforce.

In addition, we provide strategic support to our K-12 system of schools and local community partners.

Louisiana Educate Program (LEP)

Helping Louisiana Students Get to College—and Graduate

The Louisiana Educate Program (LEP) provides intensive academic, financial, and career support to college students receiving full Pell and TOPS awards. By pairing wraparound advising with long-term coaching, LEP helps students persist and graduate at a 60% rate—far exceeding typical outcomes for students with similar financial need.
